Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the countries and regions that are enabled in our online store and available for selection during checkout.

The country or region selected on the storefront determines the displayed currency and market experience. Final shipping availability is confirmed by the delivery address entered during checkout. If a destination cannot be selected or no shipping method is offered at checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for that destination.

Available destinations may change as our delivery services and market coverage are updated.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may require additional time.

Estimated Shipping Time

After processing, standard shipping generally takes 7–15 business days. The estimated total time from purchase to delivery is therefore generally 8–18 business days.

United States orders:

• Order subtotal below USD $69.90: USD $9.90 standard shipping
• Order subtotal of USD $69.90 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders to other available destinations:

Shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility may vary by destination, order value, and market currency. The applicable shipping charge and final order total will be displayed in the active checkout currency before you complete your purchase.

If a promotional shipping message appears elsewhere on the website, the shipping method and amount shown during checkout will be the final applicable shipping charge for the selected destination.

Currency, Taxes, and Duties

Product prices and checkout totals may be displayed in the currency assigned to the customer’s selected country or region. The final transaction currency will be shown during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, goods and services tax, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

When duties or taxes are collected during checkout, they will be shown as part of the order total. When they are not collected during checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or local authority before delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, country or region, and contact information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an address error, contact order@thepetedithome.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Additional delivery charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Tracking

After an order ships, we will send the tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may require several business days to become active after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact order@thepetedithome.com with your order number. We will review the available shipping information and assist you with the next steps.
