Return window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns

Items may be eligible for return or exchange when they are:

Unused
In their original packaging
Complete with all accessories
Affected by a quality issue

Items not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized items
Items that have been used or damaged
Items with missing packaging
Clearance items

How to request a return

Contact us at order@thepetedithome.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order information and explain the reason for your request.
Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. We will provide the return address after contacting you.

Please do not send a return to the general contact address listed for The Pet Edit, as it is not a return address.

Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days. Further instructions will be provided after we review your request.

Incorrect shipments

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact order@thepetedithome.com and provide photos of the item, your order number, and photos of the package. After our customer service team confirms the issue, we will arrange a replacement.

Order cancellations or changes

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
